This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement by and between Good Boys Ventures LLC (d/b/a Launch Gurus), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas (“Good Boys Ventures”), and the client, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (the “Client”), regarding access to and use of Good Boys Ventures’ services, website (the “Website”), and any other media form, channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By engaging with Good Boys Ventures, the Client agrees to these terms. Failure to agree to and adhere to these terms prohibits further use of Good Boys Ventures’ services and requires immediate discontinuation of any ongoing relationships, except for obligations to pay for services already rendered.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all content, designs, code, and materials provided by Launch Gurus are the sole property of Launch Gurus and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, Launch Gurus grants the Client the rights to use and modify deliverables (e.g., website designs).

Launch Gurus retains the right to display completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Ownership of Deliverables

All completed projects (e.g., website files, designs, or documentation) belong to the Client after full payment of fees as outlined in the agreement. Launch Gurus reserves the right to retain copies of files for portfolio use or archival purposes. Clients represent and warrant that all content or materials provided to Launch Gurus for incorporation into a project are owned by the Client or properly licensed for use.

3. Payment Terms

• Monthly Services: Payments for managed hosting, lead generation, and business automation packages are due on a monthly basis and must be paid in advance.
• Late Payments: Accounts not paid within 10 days of the due date may incur late fees and may result in suspension of services.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel monthly service packages at any time. For contracts terminated before the end of a specified term:

• A cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance will be applied.
• If the Client wishes to transfer their website to another hosting provider, all remaining payments under the agreement must be paid in full. Upon receipt of payment, Launch Gurus will package and transfer the website files to the Client.
